My friend makes these and I decided I really wanted to pick some fabric out and try it too. I was so surprised when I found this cute monkey fabric at Walmart along with the soft robe-like fabric for the underside. I will be able to attach baby toys or a pacifier to the tags if I want. It will be nice to only have to pick up one toy when dropped instead of a few all over. It will be nice for car rides. All in all it was a fun project. I just used a basic double stitch. Nothing too fancy or complicated for my first one. My husband poked a slot in the metal tops to drop money into when our kids make good choices and good behavior. They have worked like a charm so far. :o) Anyone can do this. I just found these inexpensive jars at walmart and some foam stickers to decorate with.
